新加坡新闻：“老板没找到替代的人，不让我离职回国”

近日，一位叫“დ阿贞”的网友在《新加坡眼》APP上发帖向大家求助。由于近期新加坡的疫情越来越严重，因此她想辞职回中国。但她的老板却称还没找到代替她的人，拒绝了她的离职申请，让她十分困扰。

评论区就有一位热心网友鼓励她以合法的方式辞职，并且保留证据，以免落下把柄：

关于离职的问题，《新加坡眼》特地查询了人力部的官网。在法律上，雇主是没有权力阻止员工辞职回国的。因此上述的2位网友是可以提交辞呈，回中国的。

若雇主拒绝了员工的辞呈，那么就是犯了雇佣法中的条款。

不过，员工虽然可以决定是否要辞职，但应该遵守的条规也必须遵守。如果确定要辞职，那么就必须书写一封辞职信交给公司/雇主，并留下副本备用。

辞职信中要提到信息如下：

1.辞职的具体日期（几月几日）

2.所需的通知期限（依照雇佣合约上的协定）

3.工作的最后一天

如果雇佣合约没有注明通知时间，或没有口头上的协定，就需以雇佣令为依据：

Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation as a (Insert position here) effectively from (date). Kindly do note that my last day at work shall be on (date).
