新加坡新闻:客户就是不回复邮件,该怎么跟进呢?
我们都知道,做外贸的过程中,很多时候一发报价,一回复客户邮件过去,客户就消失了。客户就怎么也不回复了。怎么问也问不到,可是又不想放弃这个客户,那么该怎么办呢?有没有什么邮件模板可以让客户快速回复我们呢?
答案是yes,让客户回复我们是有方法的,也是有技巧的。
客户不回复你,是因为你跟进邮件写的不好。
不是跟进邮件写的好,客户就一定会回复或下单;
但是跟进邮件写的不好肯定不会得到客户的回复或订单。
是因为你总是反复问do you see my email?do you have feedback about my quotation?what is your comment?那当然不回你了,你这样是反复骚扰,客户看的都厌了。
下面我就分享下我这外贸3年来的高回复率的跟进邮件模板,供大家参考一下:

Or what product are you looking for now?
I need your reply to follow up your work and offer you better service,please help me.
